Words from Our Founder

Updated: Jul 31, 2020

As the 4th of July approaches, and with the past of Juneteenth, I have been reflecting on what freedom truly means for America and even the world. Since I can remember, the 4th of July has been a good time of family gatherings and fireworks. But this year, it takes on a deeper meaning for me.

Since the recent outcry for justice, many cities, communities, and countries have been seeking solutions for inequality and injustice. With the recent events of the unjustly death of George Floyd, Breonna Taylor and many others, we know there is more we must do to ensure everyone is free, treated fairly, and given equitable opportunities. #socialjustice #blacklivesmatter #socialchange She Ran Tech prides itself on building a community of like-minded people and support efforts to end systemic racism and bias against African Americans and any marginalized, oppressed groups. We are united in how we contribute to lasting and deliberate change in the world. We stand by fighting for justice and calling attention to making sure Black lives matter in our nation. From this moment forward, let us all focus on how we can take action to eradicate racism. We all have a role to play in exposing and eliminating racism. Please join me in using the following resources to enhance our understanding and challenge systemic racism:

In Solidarity,
